HEY!

For me, the journey of where I am now to many years ago has been very organic. Dance has always been apart of me and quite frankly will never leave. 6 years ago, I got the opportunity to work with an incredible dance theatre company in Houston, TX called Open Dance Project. They will always be family to me. With that said, fitness was always by side. For me though, fitness has now become a crucial part of my training and where I am. It wasn’t until this past year when quarantine took away our ability to come together in person that I began to start teaching my virtual classes. It’s almost like the universe pulled me in closer and deeper to fitness naturally in different seasons of my life. All that is to say, is that dance and fitness has become integrated for me and in a very organic way. I continue to teach dance and choreograph whenever I get the chance. On this platform, you get to know a little bit about me more and hopefully come experience my dance and sweat world as well!
